The antioxidant vitamins are vitamin A (beta-carotene) 2000 IU, vitamin C 150 mg and vitamin E 30 IU.* Vitamin D 400 IU is a full day's value.
The B complex is the energizer in the formula.* Vitamin B1 7 mg, vitamin B2 7.5 mg, vitamin B3 30 mg, vitamin B6 7.5 mg, folic acid 400 mcg, vitamin B12 27 mcg, biotin 300 mcg and vitamin B5 10 mg.
The minerals: calcium 50 mg, magnesium 50 mg, zinc 15 mg, selenium 30 mcg, copper 2 mg, manganese 2 mg, chromium 120 mcg and molybdenum 75 mcg. Zinc, copper, chromium and molybdenum are each a full day's value.
