What we make

Twenty-one products and a protein shaker. Protein and collagen for after a session: Chocolate Premium Whey, Vanilla Premium Whey and Grass Fed Collagen Peptides.

Three amino acid drinks for while you're training: BCAA + EAA Strawberry Candy, BCAA Grape Explosion and BCAA Shock Fruit Punch. The first two carry electrolytes. You mix one with water and drink it on the mat or between sets.

Then the daily foundation, which is most of the range: Men's and Women's Ultra Multivitamin, Probiotic 40 Billion CFU, Organic Super Greens and All-In-One Red Superfood. Premium Joint Flex is here too. So are Premium Collagen Complex, Sleep Formula, Anxiety Formula and B-12 Drops. There is one skincare product as well, a Vitamin C Serum.

There are also three stacks. A stack is a set of products that go into your cart with one button, and the saving comes off in the cart. The three are the Training Day Stack, the Night-After Stack and the Daily Foundation Stack.

Built around the way you train

The session is only part of a training week. There is getting ready for it, the session itself, recovering after, and the days in between.

The store is built in those four parts. You can shop by what you are about to do.

Before training: Neuro+ and B-12 Drops. Neuro+ supports focus.*

During training: the three BCAA drinks. Two of them carry electrolytes.

After training: Chocolate or Vanilla Premium Whey, Grass Fed Collagen Peptides, or a BCAA drink.

Every day: a multivitamin, Probiotic 40 Billion CFU, Organic Super Greens, All-In-One Red Superfood and Premium Joint Flex. Premium Collagen Complex, Sleep Formula, Anxiety Formula, Resveratrol, CoQ10 and Ultra Testosterone are in this group as well.

How to find what you need

You don't have to read twenty-one labels to start. There are four ways in. Use the one that matches your question.

By goal. Strength & Muscle, Energy & Focus, Recovery, Joint Support, Daily Foundation. Pick one and see the products for it.

By training phase. Before training, during training, after training, every day.

By discipline. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Combat Sports, Strength & Conditioning.

By stack. Three products in one order, at a lower price than buying them separately.

What is on every label

Every product carries a full Supplement Facts panel, and every ingredient in it is named.

Some of the formulas group their ingredients into a blend or a complex. Neuro+ Brain and Focus is a 692 mg blend, Sleep Formula 1,071 mg, Anxiety Formula 830 mg. Both multivitamins carry three smaller blends each. Those labels print one total for the group instead of an amount for each ingredient in it, and the panel says so.

Every bottle also has a lot number and an expiration date printed on the bottom.

How it is made

Made in the USA, in a GMP certified facility that's registered with the FDA. Third party lab tested for purity and potency.

Those are the only three claims we make, and all three are printed on the label.

Who it is for

People who train. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu comes first. A jiu-jitsu instructor started the line. Then MMA, wrestling, boxing and Muay Thai. Then lifting and functional fitness.

This site does not ask how good you are. A white belt in their first month and a competitor with a match coming up do the same basic work: train, eat, sleep, train again. If you train, it is for you.

The person behind it

Motus Nutrition is Carlos Machado's supplement line.

He is an 8th degree Coral Belt and the eldest of the five Machado brothers. He trained under Grandmaster Carlos Gracie Sr. and was mentored by Rolls Gracie.

He has taught Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Dallas area since 1995. His home academy is in Carrollton, Texas.

The store is built around being able to train again tomorrow.

What happens when you order

Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Order before 2 pm Eastern on a weekday and it goes out in that day's run.

You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
