Training

Is this only for jiu-jitsu?

No. Motus Nutrition is made for people who train. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu first, then MMA, wrestling, boxing and Muay Thai, and anyone who lifts. This site does not ask how good you are. A white belt in their first month and a competitor with a match coming up do the same basic work: train, eat, sleep, train again. If you train, it is for you.

What should I take on a training day?

What should I take every day?

What is a stack?

Ordering and shipping

How fast does it ship?

Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Order before 2 pm Eastern on a weekday and it goes into that day's run.

How long does delivery take?

USPS takes 3 to 7 days after it ships, and UPS 3 to 5, on top of the 1 to 2 days of handling. You get a tracking number by email when it leaves.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $8, and it's free on orders of $70 or more. Express is $15. The free option shows up at checkout on its own once your order reaches $70.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We ship within the United States only, and an international address won't go through at checkout. Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and APO and FPO military addresses are all inside the domestic zone, so those go through normally.

Do you ship on holidays?

The warehouse is closed New Year's Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. An order placed on one of those days ships the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. The tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If tracking says delivered and you don't have it, email support with your order number the same day.

Where are these made?

In the USA, in a GMP certified facility, and third party lab tested for purity and potency. Every product carries a full Supplement Facts panel and a lot number.

How do I know what is in it?

The product page shows the full label before you add to cart. Every ingredient is named. Most labels print an amount next to each one; on Neuro+, Sleep Formula and Anxiety Formula the ingredients sit in a proprietary blend, and the label prints one total for the blend. If you have never read a Supplement Facts panel closely, there is a page on how to read one at /pages/read-a-label.

Can I take more than one product together?

Each label prints its own directions. Take the amount the label says. If you take medication, or are pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor first.

The labels

What does the asterisk on a claim mean?

It points to the line that says the statement has not been evaluated by the FDA, and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Every supplement brand carries that line by law. You'll see it on Motus labels and at the bottom of every page on this site.

What is the lot number for?

It ties the bottle to the batch it came from. It's printed on the bottom of every bottle next to the expiration date. If you email support about a product, they'll ask for it.

Why does the label say Motus Mission Nutrition?

Motus Mission Nutrition is the company that distributes Motus Nutrition. Same people, same product.
