The core is an 830 mg proprietary blend: Rhodiola extract, lutein, ashwagandha, chamomile, GABA, lemon balm, skullcap, hawthorn, bacopa (brahmi), magnolia, passion flower, valerian, L-theanine, oat straw, mucuna pruriens, St. John's wort, hops and griffonia seed extract (5-HTP). Every ingredient is named on the label. The label prints the total for the blend, not the amount of each one.
On top of the blend, each serving carries Vitamin B1 12 mg, Vitamin B2 12 mg, Vitamin B5 16 mg, Vitamin B6 8 mg, Niacin 28 mg, Biotin 300 mcg, Calcium 25 mg, Magnesium 25 mg, Zinc 25 mg and Potassium 25 mg.
